Actually that's not how it works. Light can be gravitationally red/blue shifted, but c is c. The fact they quote the speed of light to be "zillions" is kind of detrimental to their credibility, don't you think? The first equation by Einstein is a relationship between distances for different observers. I'm not exactly sure which calculation you are asking about . . . looking at the speed of angels as given:

((384 403 * 2 * pi * km * 354.37 * 1 000) / (27.3 * day)) / c = 1.21039325

means that angels travel about a fifth faster than the speed of light.

Put simply, its wrong.

General relativity is in fact founded on the fact that gravity does not change the speed of light. It certainly makes no prediction that it does.
