cannot get rid of popup

First answer correct, just get rid of Norton, heck they be having some woman ask here what to do about security, dang
I would like to know what she make a year for us to tell her for free what to do! LOL! :-D

uninstall Norton and install AVG freeware antivirus. Also install windows defender spyware.
One more suggestion, If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, stop using it and Install and use Firefox.

To really get rid of the pop ups you need to run ALL the programs listed under the spyware fighter essential programs.

no man just end the process that's causing the popup. ctrl+alt+del
