Its a pretty good website. I would use different colors, but that is a personal preference. You might want to include an additional non-flash site with a link to download flash from adobe's website, because someone without flash will not see any of the page. Also the external links and the free shipping logo on the left break with the design, but overall it is a good design.

Yes, that overlapping thing happened to me too while browsing the site. But maybe that's just because I was pressing the buttons one after the other...
and my only suggestion for change is the font used for the body's text. It seems too wide and big for me-- I think that font face is more appropriate for headings.
But overall, good job. :)

OOPS I got an error. press menu button BUSINESS PACKAGES... all of a sudden before loading the page press menu button DESIGN TIPS.... what you will see is page overlapping.... I checked it only inside Mozzila.
