I've been having erections since as far as I remember. Not just puberty. There have been cases that fetuses have had erections. This was found to be true inside various pregnant women's wombs being scanned during a routine visits to their docs.

I dont know maybe 9 or 10, possibly 8 at the earliest. Really depends when they hit puberty.
