In you opinion, what are the worst smells?

For me, it's cigarette smoke and cattle.

The WORST thing i have ever smelled is... when a patient of mine opened his colostomy bag to let the gas out... OMG, it was like vomit, poop, rotten potatoes and every other nasty thing you can think of all rolled up into one. I had to excuse myself from the room... The nurse that was in there with me told me I literally turned green.

For those who don't know what a colostomy is... Colostomy is a surgical procedure that brings the end of the large intestine through the abdominal wall. Stools moving through the intestine drain into a bag attached to the abdomen. Nasty stuff.

Try being a coroner at the 911 world trade center!
We had body bags come in months later moving.
One guy would grab the shop vac and the other would open the body bag.
Maggots come pooring out, suck em up in the vac!
You think cows stink?
We once had a cell phone ringing inside a chicks rib cage!

There are tons of horrible smells but, the smell of silk actually makes me sick to my stomach!
