In Illinois, there isn't a specific law against cannibalism, but there is a law against the unlawful mutilation of a corpse. It's illegal at the very least because it could destroy evidence of the cause of death.

Because it's a very gruesome activity. Just try to imagine a human eating up another human. Isn't it enough to illegalize it in the US? I think it's also illegal to somewhere else unless when you are part of the tribes who are already adapted to this kind of practice and that makes them a "psycopath" but then again, it's still illegal though. All you should have to do is to avoid them or fight back to death hahahah.

I'm just guessing but wouldn't that be considered killing? Well you would have to kill the human first then eat it. Maybe it is not right and it is their body and they have the right to say no, jk. It's too violent I guess.

because a normal human being (ie not socio/psycho pathic)
finds that extremely disturbing and would accept some inconvenience to keep it from happening nearby.
