Even if I drink lots of water it is husky. When I sing too its husky I hate it. Could it also be genetics? that I have this kind of voice? Is there anything I can do? I drink lots of water too and try to avoid foods that are bad for my throat but still husky

Have you become accustomed to your nads at all?

Lose 'em and you might just start singing soprano like a school boy in a church choir.

just joking!

Do not talk always
Do not eat sweet foods
Or junk foods
I also went to that point
When I will sing
I had a Husky voice
And I was having a hard time to sing
So do not eat sweet foods...
And oh by the way
Do not drink COLD WATER
Do not 'cause it's making your voice more husky...
Or Maybe
You are going to Puberty stage
Where ur arms get broad and your voice will get
Bigger
Maybe that's the reason
But in case
THats not
Follow my advice...
Because I am also a singer in our school
Plus I am in the honors class...
Our voices will fade...
I hope not ... :)

If you're a Male, that's your NEW voice.
Maybe a Voice Trainer can help you,
It helped a Male friend of mine.

Make good of it, try to find ways to make it useful. Can you sing?, if so try to work it out with that.
