I hear the music and laughter. I was not invited...so should I go anyway and pretend I was invited? Would you even though the guy living there is some what of a jerk?

do not involve yourself with jerks especially !!! if they live next door. That is a recipe for trouble. Get your music & laughter fix alot farther from home. do you really want this guy showing up on your door step? No way so save your self for a person you'll like in your building !!!

Go party, there is this couple in the apartment above me and they are always having parties!! I've gotten dressed and gone up to party many times, it's a good thing I work nights and from home.

Pretty funny! No, I wouldn't go to party given by a jerk even if I WAS invited.

If the guy was somewhat of a jerk, than NO WAY. It is not worth it.....he's probably going to ruin the time anyway.

I would go there...who knows...maybe there's free beer and chocolate...who wouldn't want free beer and chocolate.
And while you are at it, since the guy is a jerk, drink all his free beer and then walk up to him and punch him in the throat as hard as you can...it might be fun!!

Not if he's a jerk... you can get into trouble plenty of other ways, but with neighbors, I wouldn't reccomend!
