"I don't have time to do ________" (you go ahead and fill in the blank with whatever it is people don't have time for)......Do you ever want to look at them and say, "How can you not have time at all? Maybe there isn't enough time to do it today, but there's always time. Time is all you really have." ???????

What each individual determines they 'have time for' is very subjective since in today's world, we tend to live faster paced lives than our ancestors did. I do agree that not having time for something is often used as an excuse for not wanting to do something, and when my youngest daughter does this I do call her on it, especially when she only worked part time!
However, we all make our choices each day based on the standard 24 hours in a day as to what we are capable of getting done. Our choices are hopefully made on a priority basis unless interrupted, and our ability to complete each task. All of us do not perform each task at the same speed and therefore require more time, like me these days. (Which aggrevates me to no end!) So basically even tho it may appear as if I have plenty of time.....I actually have no where near the time I need to get everything I want to get done.
This lesson comes with age.

My problem is other people who intrude on things I have to do and there isn't enough time to do it all in the time frame I want to do it in. I can't say NO to them so it puts me behind. I just tell myself there is always time later.

I don't think this is true.
We're always short on time because life is finite. We're all going to die, no matter what we do. At some point, our lives will come to an end, so you don't always have time, and time is not something you always have.
