i need to type this command" >telnet mailserver.com 25 " in command prompt for it to connect there will telnet help me, if so how and wat is the use of this command

From the desktop press the windows key then 'r' or select run from the start menu, and from there enter "telnet mailserver.com 25" and it should connect you to what you are trying to connect to. Telnet is the basic Windows program that allows your computer to connect with another computer remotely.

It is a way for you to connect to a specific computer's port. Which in your case is port 25 which I believe is the smtp e-mail port.
