Yes. It is a MMORPG where many people play together at the same time.

There are many servers available and there are people that you can interact with. On top of this, there are quests, vendors, and an auctioning system, to make for a very entertaining experience.

It does have a monthly subscription his is about 15 dollars a month, with discounts being offered if you purchase blocks of months. You can also purchase time cards at many different stores, with which you can buy time on the game.

It is a very addictive game, it can be time consuming, but you can put in as little or as much time as you like, depending on how fast you wish to advance.

I like the game.

World of Warcraft is a MMORPG, or a Massively Multiplayer ONLINE Role Playing Game.

Rather World of Warcraft (or WoW for short) can't be played OFF line. You must have an active internet connection to play, and you will be kicked out of the game if your connection fails.

PLEASE know that WoW is a subscription based game. It requres around $15 US a month to play. If you let this payment lapse, your account will be closed until you start paying again.

You need to subscribe to Blizzards online service for that game, which is $15 a month, but other packages are available so you can save money.
