If true, it's probably an exaggeration. China is a big country, and of course the occasional child with birth abnormalities is born. It happens in other countries too. They used to have "freak shows" in America and Europe; now this is considered demeaning. It seems to be less stigmatized in some Asian countries, to capitalize on one's birth defects.

Tho' there are "rag" papers EXPLOITING HUMAN MISERY,humans with major genetic mutantion are born from time to time---All childern need love, and nurturing--as we may pick our friends-but, not our parents/relatives/ancestors----------------------------------------People PEOPLEwith 'special needs' have a far more difficult life pathroads before them --more difficult than those without this additional 'burden'---NOT ONLY DOES "THE 'GOLDEN RULE' APPLIES TO YOUR DEALING WITH THESE 'SPECIAL" PEOPLE---BUT, THE NEED FOR US TO "GO THE 'EXTRA MILE'" FOR THEM , WILLINGLY and CHEERFULLY !!!
