What is wrong with them they are not a .500 team?

I agree...and Morneau and Santana don't look like themselves lately.

Well the problem is that Santana has been shakey and their offense which consists of morneau, cuddyer and hunter is doing their part but everyoe else is struggling. Their top of their lineups cannot get on base and no one other than the three and hot hitter remond is hitting. Their rotation is horrible when you have bonser , baker , slowley, and silva. I mean all of them have been beaten up and average pitchers are outdueling them. This is a recipe for disaster the twins need another starter desperatly considering their divison is unbelievably more talented than them. The Tigers and Indians are incrediblely deep and the white sox should come around. The twins better hope mauer returns quickly and they can pry a starter from another team.

the reason for their poor start this year is the lack of starting pitching. yes you might say santana is having a bad year but look at the past couple he has pitched. in the first two months he is practically .500 and from there june to rest of the season he is unhittable. the indians and tigers are two strong this year. they will fight for the third position in the central. the only way they win the division is if they go out and trade for a pitcher at the trade deadline

Well the injury to Joe Mauer has definitley hurt them. Morneu has been pretty good this season, but Santana hasnt pitched amazing, they dont have Liriano, they have a lot of inexperienced players on their roster, and they are playing in the toughest division in baseball.
