Perhaps you need some way to equate kilometers and grams? For example, assuming a human body is roughly as dense as water, my cock is 78.5 grams / cm of length, so you need 0.000586 km of my cock in order to have 4600 grams of my cock.

There's 1000 meters in a kilometer, a unit of length.
There's 1000 grams in a kilogram, a unit of weight.

If you mean kilograms then:

I find your question weird. Kilometer is the metric unit for length while gram is a metric unit for mass. 4.6kilometers=4600 meters; 4.6kilograms=4600grams
