Teachers, what is on the Iowa Basic Test for kindergarten?

I don't understand my daughter score of 2.9. How can it be that she is actually at the second grade ninth month level in kindergarten? How do they determine this? Unless, I am the one at 2.9 and just don't get it.

There are several ways to score. Did they say stanine, percentile rank or grade level??? Staine score 2.6 would be below average and of course grade level 2.6 would be gifted so you better look into it.
