If the defense plays the same way they did in the post season last year then they can defiantly return. However, I think that the Patriots and Ravens are going to be better this year then they were last, and that's saying a lot. I don't think the Chargers will be a factor because Norv Turner is overrated. I think that the Broncos are a better choice from that side of the country. But again, the Colts CAN beat any of these teams if the defense is playing like it was last post season.

Time to face some reality Colts fans. You have lost key players- Bob Sanders, Brandon Stokely, Montae Reagor, Freeney is slowing down. The Colts players are experienced, but there is younger talent out there. The Pats are getting more and more star players- Stallworth, Moss. Not saying the Pats r gonna b the one's to stop the Colts, but there is no chance of another Colt Superbowl. Stay in ur little dream world tho, its funny.

NO WAY, NO HOW!! Lost some key players in the defensive backfield and have YET to replace them with adequate talent. And they had a rough defense last year until the playoffs arrived. Now how many total yards will teams get on them???Will J-ville be unstoppable running the ball like they were both games last year?????? The answer is A BIG YES!!!!!The only thing that stopped J-ville from getting more rushing yards in the 2nd meeting between the 2 teams was the endzone...

If the Patriots stay healthy they are in on the AFC side. The Pats would blow away the Colts now because Indy lost a couple key players in their secondary and New England signed Stallworth and Moss.

From a previous question i answered:

I am a huge Colts fan but i honestly think that it will be a tough road to the superbowl if we do make it to the playoffs. Yea...i said playoffs because i think jacksonville at this point has our number. all it takes is one win above us for them to make it to the playoffs. I think we will make it but there is a little part of me that says it will be tough to make it their.

With that....No we will not make it to the superbowl. with everyone that the pats signed it will be amaizing if they don't make it. Think of this.....Tom Brady at QB........Donte Stallworth at WR with Randy Moss on the other side. Brady would have a feild day against our young CB.

EDIT- i love how no one reads any more. Mr. Yelling at all pat fans about randy moss....LOOK AT WHAT I SAID. I AM A HUGE COLT FAN AND HAVE BEEN SINCE BEFORE PEYTON!!

I give them a 20% chance... Patriots about 30% (a bit more likely) SD 20% and the field splits up the other 30%. So, I guess they'd be considered pretty likely in my book.

They are the only team that can stop themselves, but the nature of sports these days suggests, even illustrates, that it is rare to repeat in consecutive years. There really is no reason to keep them from winning again.

i think they're still talented enough to get to the playoffs but it will be much more harder to repeat because of all they lost . i still think it will be san diego over new orleans in super bowl xxxxii 38-24 and i'm sticking with it !!!
