I need answers to some very tough questions where do I look?
I don't need inner reflection stuff....I need to know where to go and get them...

Exactly where to look depends on what the questions actually are. Without more to go on, all we can really do is aim you print & online reference sources and wish you luck.
I would suggest, at least, that you never depend upon a single information source for the answer to any given question. People make mistakes, and if you only use a single source their errors might become your own.
That's the best any of us can probably offer you without specifics — if you post questions along the lines of (just for example, and without implying anything, folks) "Where are *good* places to look to answers to medical questions?" the rest of use may prove to be of more use to you.

I know that you need answers to tough questions but you have to tell us first what kind of tough questions you need answering before we can advise you on where you can get the right answers.
