who cares if she is under house arrest, she served more time in jail than these other celebs have and not only that but i actually dont think paris is guilty of DUI , i think they just made a big deal because it is paris, she loves animals and she vowed never to wear fur after PETA activist heather mills mccarthy made her wacth a video on how animals are tortured for her, and she doesn't like hamburgers , i like her, people need to back off, she is not a homewrecker unlike angelina jolie

She is no PETA activist. She wears leather. Which is made of cow's skin. Just because she loves animals doesn't make her that great of a person. She broke the law and she deserves to be in prison. She drove under the influence more than once. She could have killed someone. Yeah being locked up in a mansion is such bad punishment. Please. If she was just an average person, they would treat her so called medical condition there or take her to the county hospital and then she would be right back in her cell. Are we forgetting that Martha Stewart (a celebrity) spent five months in jail, and Lil Kim also spent quite some time in jail. Paris Hilton is a joke and she makes me sick. And if you think homewrecking is worse than driving while intoxicated, then Paris isn't the only joke around here.

Its so easy for you to defend you little rich skanky celebrity because she has the money to buy the system. Paris broke the law one too many times and didn't hold herself responsible that's why things went this far. She could've killed somebody driving under the influence. I don't care if nothing happen she is not better than a murderer. Would you be supporting her if she killed or hurt a close friend or family member of yours? I don't think so! Just because nothing happen doesn't make it okay. What if you were the one in jail, do you think you would've been out in 3 days and got special treatment? Not really because you would be with other inmates and would serve the whole term because you don't have the kind of money Paris has to buy your way out.

What does Paris being a supporter of PETA have to do with her choosing to drive under the influence?
She drove under the influence, then broke her probation three times! She deserve the same punishment that any other citzen would get. She needs to buck up and face the consequences of her actions!
Being a home wrecker and a potential murderer to innocent bystanders (by driving drunk) are two separate issues. Drinking and driving is a CRIME, stealing someones spouse is not!

I support her too! i feel bad that all these bitches who are jelous of her are so negative just because she is something. Maybe she didn't get famous for a legitimate reason but she still works harder than half of America's fatasses. She is a model, a singer, an actress, and she has her own perfume. She may have only gotten these things because of her family but u have to admit she works hard. I think anyone who hates Paris and has never met her is a hypocritical jackass. She has never done anything wrong to any of us on here that hate her and its rude that we talk negativly about her

i love paris BUT i dont support the fact that she is a drunk driver and that she doesnt care enough about the law to not drive when she isnt supposed to. just cause shes famous and runs a mini-zoo inside her home doesnt mean she should get better treatment. if paris was a black man she would've been in jail faster then it would take u to download paris' sex tape! and they'd prob throw in some mace just for good measure. she needs to be treated like everyone else!

It does not matter if someone loves animals, if they get in a car and drive down the street in the dark with the lights off while being drunk, they need to go to jail. And read the reports, her last stop before going to jail...a local hamburger restaurant. So I guess to answer your question, yes, I think you are.

she didn't go to jail for DUI......she went for violation of probation. It doesn't matter if she is a PETA supporter. The only reason she is out is because she is rich. If she were just some piece of scum she would have gotten a year for the same charge........she needs to own up to what she did and get on with her life.

I dont mind her. I think she's hot, but I dont understand why people hate her when she has done absolutely nothing to them. I think a lot of women are jealous of her because of her looks and fame, but I mean she's already served more jail time than OJ or Michael Jackson, so I say she's fine.

I disagree. I don't support her because she is a bit spoiled and she does need to learn that just because she's rich doesn't mean she can do whatever she wants. And besides, they did make a big deal but not because she's Paris, but because she a celebrity ((for absolutely no reason)).
