Starting a war under false pretenses. He stated Iraq had weapons of mass destruction... and to this day they found nothing...ok, maybe a nail. Other than that, nothing. He should have pulled the troops out as soon as all the land was searched. Not only has he taken responsability for all the troops who are deployed but all the civilians who are being killed who are in the middle of the war.
There are hundreds of thousands fleeing their homeland, homeless, with everything lost due to this war. For what? Get the troops out already.
We know his goal was to take over Iraq for the oil... he knows it, I know it! If it wasnt for that why would the troops be building up their electricity, water, not just for their supply. Bush is crazy... it was all about the oil, that is what his family has their money in. He should be tried in court!

The facts are that it is not a crime to wage war against a sovereign nation, that is what they call war. Everyone including congress backed President Bush after 911 and signed a declaration of war and now because things didn't go as expected everyone that backed him now wants to take a different position for political reasons. I don't agree with all that happened and definitely believe the war on terror would have been fought better elsewhere than in Iraq but I didn't vote for Bush, on the other hand I don't blame him directly for all that has happened. The rats that leave the sinking ship are the real scoundrels here.

If Bush has done anything illegal, the liberals would be after his a*s, but nothing he has done is illegal especially since the Democrats voted with him to start the war in Iraq, so if he is guilty so are they. The Clinton's, Kerry, Reid, Kennedy, Boxer, Feinstein, all said Saddam must be stopped, that he has WMD's, and that their needs to be regime change. Every Democrat voted yes, except Oboma. Now they have there tail between their legs running scared like the cowards they are.

What war crimes? He's done nothing Illegal. Congress voted for the war although most of them are now trying to backtrack. They saw the evidence and didn't question it or demand more investigations. If anything the Dems and the Republican turn coats should be charged with sedition and treason.
