I have a RAZR now, but I really dont like it. I have the optional $5 dollar insurance. Anyone know how I can get a new phone w/o having to pay full price for a new one.

Yes you will have to pay full price for a different phone unless you are eligible to upgrade. If u really cant wait u may be able to snag one off ebay.

Sorry the insurance covers the phone that you currently have with Verizon in the case if your phone is damage. There is no other way of getting another new phone without paying the full retail price of the phone. Another option is to add another line to the account and get a new phone at a discounted price.
