My hardrive is making a clicking noise when i try to boot my PC up.I am also not able to boot up to windows any longer.Is my Hardrive fried?

yes .. it went to hardrive heaven ... try freezing it in the fridge it may go long enuff to retrieve anything important ...

sounds like the bearings in the hardrive motor. backup your data on the hard drive if you can.

yes, your hard drive has failed. you may use local hard drive recovery service, but in the mean time do not use that drive until you at least have a new one installed with your operating system on it and you're ready to copy off your important data.

It is about to die. Get a new one then put the old one as slave drive. You might still be able to retrieve your files for transfer to the new one.

It is a sign of failing hard disk. You may have to replace hard drive
