Tonight as in 6/6/07: I had a peice of grilled chicken w/ tater tots and a glass of skim milk.
As in Friday night 6/7/07: I'll have a chicken salad and a glass of unsweetened iced tea.

I ate 6 hours ago, but it was penne pasta with smoked sausage, zucchini a creamy sun dried tomato pesto & garlic bread

I made deer steaks with garlic ranch mashed potatoes. I also made broccoli and cauliflower in cheese sauce and lettuce salads.
