The check engine light flashing means that there is a misfire code either cylinder specific or multiple cylinder. You can try taking the air filter cover off and spraying carburator cleaner in the tube and if it runs fairly good then it's likely that it's a lack of fuel. But if you can find a way to have the codes read and repost or message me I may be able to help more.

The light started flashing instead of being on solid because what ever is happening can and will cause harm to the catalytic conveter. not cheap. since the plugs and wires have been replaced i would first check the wires to see they have been mis-routed and one has been burned and allowing the spark to ground out. dont do this with the engine running unless your good enough to not have to ask this question. you could get shocked it this is what happened.
if not, have towed to dealership and properly diagnosed.
good luck

Red brake light means that you have a major brake failure. You need to have this checked right away. You might have to get new brakes and maybe some other things. Master cylinder, wheel cylinder ect... If you do not know about brakes you should take it to the shop right away.

The first thing is to get the error codes read and determine what the problem is. Some autoparts places will read the codes for free for you, so they can sell you the parts. good luck.
