I can't really tell the difference between a ambulance siren and a police siren. I just roll my eyes at the police sirens.

When I see an ambulance drive by, however i usually look at the floor and show them my respect by not saying anything within about two minutes (I just do it unconciously, i'm not that weird =/ ).

That's such a sweet idea (say the prayers)! I'll start doing that too!!! =D
(btw.. how do you make that little heart?? it's so cute!)

I consciously send my wish for soon recovery, for good health.
I think of the person in danger and his family with love.
I don't know if I can call this a prayer. I better call it positive thinking, good energy and real concern about a fellow man who has problem.

I pull to the right side of the road and stop my car while it goes by...if the lights and siren are on they are probably on the way to a call and have nobody in the back...yet.

I usually sleep through it as I live next door to a hospital. Just a normal noise in this city for me.
