The same thing which is so funny you brought this up..hubby is rolling at your question because I actually can bend all my toes down and leave my middle toe stuck in the air and when we are in bed watching tv and I am mad or yelling at the tv..I flip the people off on the tv with my little middle toe.......It means the same thing

Dude, I swear i was think the same thing yesterday......cre--------epy. But then i thought, the middle finger only looks wierd because it's the longest. So I guess your longest toe must mean i love you. Since your feet and your hands are polar opposites. So it doesn't nessecerly have to be the middle one.
