It seems to me that YouTube is pretty popular for posting. If it isnt a video, you can load the music on windows movie maker which comes with windows and then upload it on YouTube.
People actually participate and give alot of feedback there if you have ever taken notice of the comments to the site when viewing a video.

if they are MP3s then you could make a myspace or something like that...do you write the music and lyrics or just the lyrics and do you sing them???
