My son is 12 months old. Our Doctor told us to start him on Homoginized Milk....at least 4-6oz a day. The problem is, he does NOT like the taste of it!!! Ive given it to him warmed, cold, in a sippy sup, a bottle...but no way! He just yells for his baba of formula....does anyone have any tricks? I was thinking of starting to sneak milk into his formula?!?!?

I would not put any sort of chocolate or sugary substance into the milk.
What another poster recommended is just what I was going to say - start off with maybe 90% formula and 10% milk for a couple of days. Then 80% formula, 20% milk, and keep going. If he seems to falter at a level go back to the previous for a bit, or somewhere inbetween.
Yes, for kids a bit older it's ok to put in chocolate or ovaltine and all to get them to drink milk, but I really think that 12 months is too young.
Ask your pediatrician for advice if any of these hints don't work, preferably before trying chocolate mixes. If your ped. feels it's ok to do that if all else fails, then go ahead, but really probably if all else fails.
However, there are also other (better, in fact) ways of getting the dairy and its benefits to him. Yogurt and cheese are two excellent sources. Also you could try Soy Milk?
One of the important things from milk is the fat - babies up to 2 yrs old should never have skim or reduced fat milk (unless due to a condition and by pediatrician recommendation). The body needs the fat for the myelin sheath over neurons.
Good luck!

My son is now 14 months and is drinking straight milk but for the first month or so I had to mix formula into his milk to get him to drink it. I decreased the amount a little at a time and now he can't wait for his milk and is drinking it just fine.

Don't just stand there! Do squats while cleaning your teeth, calf raises although standing in line, or lunges while chatting on the phone.

Choose faster-paced styles of yoga such as Ashtanga or perhaps Vinyasa to burn more calories while also buying a good stretch.
