The Yuzpe regimine for emergency contraception uses certain kinds of regular birth control pills as emergency contraception. This method of emergency contraception may be more likely to cause nausea because of the estrogen in the pills.
In order to be used as emergency contraception, birth control pills must contain progestin (synthetic progesterone) levonorgestrel. Not all birth control pills contain levonorgestrel and so not all birth control pills can be used as EC. The dose of EC also depends on which pill it is; they have different levels of hormones, and in order to get the correct amount, you need to know what you're taking and how many to take-the chart at the link below tells you which ones to take and how many.
EC is available over the counter if you're over 18 in the US. It's an easier regimine, and may be less likely to cause nausea and vomiting. Many other countries make it available similarly over the counter.

yes certain kinds can if you take several of them at a time. I would def talk to a DR about this because doing it on your own can be very dangerous. I know the one I'm on is used to that but you have to take like 3-5 at a time. Call your dr or pharmacy before attempting this on your own.

No. Birth control has a cumulative effect. One pill won't do the trick. Each pill works with the other to keep the hormones level. That is why you have to take them daily and at the same time every day.

Actually yeah, it will work. You just have to take a months worth of pills at once.
I would really suggest going down to planned parenthood and just getting the pill. It's about 18 dollars and probably healthier for you.
