this man i really care about doesn't always understand me... and when i need him i want him to be there for me with out me having to tell him..... why can't man just read into our hints instead of us having to tell them what we want them to do and say....

Some men are aware of others when they have a problem or issues arise--some men don't get it at all---some women are the same way. If all you want is a guy that is aware of the happenings in your life--go find one. You cannot demand that someone be alert--it is a natural thing. Now I see it as communications issues--if you need to talk or there is a problem--say something--find a nice way to start a conversation and spell it out. Pick an appropriate time and start talking. Don't rely on anyone to constantly just be ready to fall over when you throw hints around---even you aren't that alert. A relationship without communications is in more trouble than just hints being tossed or whatever.

Guys aren't that way and will never be. Give us hints, some may get it but most don't. Women need to stop assuming that we understand things that they want or have questions on. Communication works wonders, and if you tell him straight out, than he'll understand. It's not we aren't paying attention, it's that most women want things done or said a certain way.....and never say anything to the guy...expecting whatever they thought to be done, hence the lack of communication.

Honestly,
Us guys are stupid, we can't read minds and we don't normally pick up on womens hints. If you want something from us or us to do something, you have to let us know. Sort of like a 3 year old, you cant hint at something for a 3 year old- you have to tell them.
Im sorry to say, we cant read minds and 95% of men don't understand women or how they think..
If you tell us what you want- we'll probibally do it, we dont like women to be mad at us- especially for things we cant understand.

Is this man you are referring to is your boyfriend? If he is your boyfriend, then he should always be there for you without you telling him to be there. He doesnt need to read your mind or he doesnt need to be reminded. Its a commitment, to be there for each other.
But if he is just somebody without a commitment then its a different story. Maybe he feels he doesnt have any obligation or something. Try to figure out who is this man you really care ... is he for keeps? if he is not then better look for someone who can be with you no matter what the circumstances it might be.

Because they are men not robuts. Don't hint just tell him straight up that you need him and since when can you control anything anyone says. Take him for who he is or leave him and buy a computer you can program and control.

They probably feel the same way about us. We will never completely understand them and reverse. It's just part of their nature and at times they really do think they are giving us what we want. Though I am not making any excuses for them cause they can definitely learn to do right.

I think that is a description of the differences between men and women.
Like you, I assume people know how I feel and what I am thinking, but it doesn't quite work out that way.
He will never intuitively understand you. Work on good communication skills and convey what you would like him to know. Work at it, it is not automatic, and improved communication will enhance your relationship.

how about women stop hinting at what they want, or how they feel and just come out and say it. When I step on a nail and i shoves into my foot, I dont whimper softly and make eye contact with my girlfriend and assume she will know what Im feeling. I scream and cuss and she knows Im in pain....... do the same and take it easy on this guy. Damn! I feel bad for him and I dont even know him

why do you have to hint?
just come out and say....hey i need you right now i'm feeling a little down...etc...
men arent mind readers and they do have things going on with them sometimes too that women dont always pick up on
its about communication...thats what keeps a couple together

Because they are not mind readers you can't expect them to do everything you want without telling them. I'm sorry to tell you the truth because it seems like your a wee bit slefish and controling by your thought about the men.
