Because the Ford family is too busy laying off employees and closing plants to pay attention to Matt Millen's embarrassing job as GM. Personally, as a Bears fan, I invite Millen to stay as long as he wants.

I have no idea! He's the worst GM in the history of sports. He has no clue of how to build a football team, select a football coach, or do anything right. It's an absolute joke he still has a job!

Because the Ford family is weak in their football philosophies much like their business. They have slowly run ford motors deeper and deeper into debt with loyalty to their old fashioned ways.....seems their football insight lacks as well.....
