I have heard this Piano Concerto numerous times but have been unable to figure out a name. If anyone could give me the right name, composer, or even point me in the right direction, i would be highly appriciative.

It is the moonlight sonata written by beethovan.

More about the composer:
Ludwig van Beethoven was a German composer. He wrote classical music for the piano, groups of instruments and orchestras. His best-known works are his fifth and ninth symphonies and the Moonlight sonata. He is one of the great classical composers. In 1801, he began to lose his hearing. His deafness became worse and in 1817, he was completely deaf. But he still continued to compose, and during this time composed some of his greatest works.

Hope this Helps!

Your link did not work, but I found an animaniac clip with a similar address, about Beethoven. That clip used several familiar themes from Beethoven, opening with the 6th symphony, and including bits from Apassionata Sonata and Fur Elise, but the last part played on the piano is the opening to Beethoven's fifth symphony, probably one of the most famous passages in all classical music. The piano music at 2:42 is from the famous "Moonlight Sonata", the last movement.

Beethoven, Piano Sonata #14 in C# minor, "Moonlight"

EDIT: If found a clip on YouTube with Wilhelm Kempff playing that movement. http://youtube.com/watch?v=oqSulR9Fymg
