Art Modell hands down the worst ever. He is second to none. He was so insecure that he fired the coach who design and implemented the forward pass. Were would football be today without Paul Brown. The man who modernized pro football, oh yea he won a boat load of games and NFL championships. Yea better get rid of him, he only took an expansion team in Cincinnati and won the Division in three years. Then just when people were starting to think about liking him he pull the Browns out of Cleveland and moves them to Baltimore. Art your place in hell awaits your arrival, and not too soon.

Worst owners would include Cards owner Bill Bidwell and Bengals owner Mike Brown (pre-Marvin Lewis).

Interestingly, I've actually seen a couple of NFL owners in person. First was Jerry Jones, who "was going back to Texas (from Canton, Ohio) in a golf cart because his plane broke down!" Second was Daniel Snyder, who's a really short guy.

The owner of the Lions
why does Matt Millen Still have a job he has had a top pick for the last 5 years and most have already left the building
Since barry Sanders left the team has nothing going for it.
they need a complete overhaul from owner down to waterboy
yes waterboy last year he put the tray of water down and one of the players got hurt.
Can't blame modell for moving the browns
cleveland gave the cavs and the indians new stadium but won't do any thing for the browns
their stadium was all but condemned and want modell to pay to fix it

stanking racking smith who use to own the Falcons, When his team had a good year he sell off players, which is why they have never had back to back winning season, He pick Andre Bruce at #1 pick, and he traded away most of his top 5 picks for really crappy player. Never seen a team go 4-12 or worse in 6 straight years and not have a star to show for it.

I hate to say this cause I 'm a Skins fan but Daniel Snyder is from a fans stand point. They really need to hire a GM to get things straightened out they sign too many free agents that don't pan out (Adam Archuletta) that team will never be good if they keep changing it they go from 10-6 in 05 to 5-11 in 06 it drives you nuts to be a fan of this team. But from the business side he might be the best.

I have to go with Schneider too. The Redskins are a storied franchize run into the ground by a rich brat with a toy, instead of good leadership.

Art Modell for moving the Browns out of cleveland. Al Davis is a close runner up the way he has slowly run that team into the ground. At one time he was a good owner, but I believe the game has passed him by and his philosophies outdated.
