Okay, so you know how the earth spins in an orbit aroubd the sun? Well, if you made some sort of machine that went faster than the speed of light that went the opposite direction of the eath's orbital spin, couldn't you go back in time?

Einstein said things like this are "theoretically" possible. We don't have and probably never will have the technology to make it actually possible.

If you search the internet for some Einstein's theories you'll find some cool information on stuff like this.

Nothing can go faster than the speed of light (Einstein), so no.
There are very complex theories about the whole idea of time travel and whether its possible at all - regardless of the technology, the physics just won't let it happen.

It wouldn't matter which way it went. If you could travel faster than the speed of light, you would go back in time anyway.

The direction one moves in is irrelevant as far as the movement of time.

no, u would just fly around earth at hypersonic speeds(if u ever achieve speed of light travel) and u would probably die.

there is no way to go back in time, there is nothing there to go back to, the past exists of memories and records only.
