Out of the five New York City boroughs(The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island), which is the best, and why?

BROOKLYN. Because it has so much going on, great restaurants, clubs and people. And it's cheaper than Manhattan.
It also has people from all over the world, who for the most part, get along and learn from each other.

I'm from Cali, so I'm a biased opinion. I think Queens has brought the better rappers. Brooklyn has Jay-Z and Biggie, but Queens has been more consistent. Besides the obvious ones.. Cormega C-N-N Run DMC Tragedy Khadefi LL Cool J Rakim Mos Def Mic Geronimo Don't forgot The Bronx. They got some good rappers from out there too.

I would say manhattan but hey hip ho was bprn in the bronx lol and its not that crowded

The best is determined by what your interests and comfort levels are. Manhattan is most convenient for activities, dining, transportation, etc. but also most crowded.
