If someone has sex a week before a sonogram/ultrasound can they tell?

It can tell how old the fetus is, if there are abnormalities, how many, size, gender, it can tell quite a lot about a baby or if you have an ovarian cyst or some other medical problem. However, it can not tell if you have had sex. So, take a deep breath, you won't be found out unless you are pregnant and even six weeks pregnant would be too early to see.

not really ,they are examining the tissues not body fluids ,why are you having a sonogram ? this will indicate what they are looking for.

It can tell if your baby has any deformities, and the sex
doctors also use it for breast ogmintations to see if there are any fractures.
