By definition, any single player card game would be solitaire. There are hundreds of them, even whole books with nothing but different solitaire games. There are also lots of free software and shareware games that have tons of different variations of solitaire within one program.
The one I have is called Solo Solitaire by Dan Reed of Bad Elf Software. It not only has dozens of games, but has a feature where you can create your own variations.

there are a number of, many distinctive variations of solitaire. some have extremely distinctive "rules" than the solitaire maximum individuals are familiar with. there's a e book called "The e book of Hoyle" that has a lot of card video games defined in it, and intensely some distinctive variations of solitaire. The solitaires I even have performed are "fortress", "Clock", and "Spider" solitaires.
