I would be surprised if the repo ever garnished your checking account. A more likely (although, rare) circumstance would be an employment garnishment. About the only time you really hear of garnishments is in the case of child support, or a garnishment for taxes. Probably they will be satisfied with ruining your credit and annoying your for the next several years. GOOD LUCK
