me too. But it is also according to the cut of the steak. There are some places I like to go where you can just cut the size you want and that's what I like. Juicy, and able to cut with a fork- red in the middle.Sounds great it's morning here but I'm getting hungry.Let's all go out and Eat!!

Hands down has got to be medium rare, I'll accept nothing but, very picky about it, not affraid to send my steak back if it is not cooked to perfection for me...

I like my steaks medium rare to rare. A little moo left in it never hurt me.
