Qaddafi? He's on our side now, according to the Bushies. He flipped for some money and a lifting of sanctions against Libya. Swore up and down all that "Kill Americans" jazz was just a joke. Apologized for downing that airliner in Lockerbee.

Because he comes out with uncivilized quotes such as this about one of our American Presidents:
