Turn off the TV, ( all you're going to hear about it Paris Hilton getting out of jail anyway) either take a walk, do things you've been procrastinating on (like cleaning, laundry- sort of like me) email a friend, write an actual snail mail letter, if you draw or journal, do one of those things, listen to your favorite music and do housework at the same time! Call up your friends, and plan to meet together for coffee or something. There are loads of things you can think up to do.
