You may as well look for that pot 'o' gold at the end of the local rainbow. Timeshares do not appreciate in value, but depreciate. There are tons of them on the market. You might investigate a real estate brokerage which specializes in moving timeshares, but don't expect to get anywhere near what you paid for it.
