Generally, in a spiritual sense, it means that when you find a quest in life, it becomes your purpose, and your purpose becomes your life. It IS basically a Buddhist tenet, but can be applicable to deep spiritualism in any faith, or even in the absence of a faith. In a realistic sense, it means that you should seek a purpose in life in order to be fulfilled. When you find a purpose, that gives direction to your life, and direction gives fulfillment.

I would assume that means that you're either a. on the correct path, b. content with the path you've chosen, or c. content with the path you've been given. It boils down to whether you believe in fate, freewill, God, predestination, etc. "One with your path" is a very vague term, and while people use that phrase to sound complicated and spiritual, I think it sounds like someone spent too much time thinking about paths and not really picking one. of course, such is the way with philosophers. Lots of thinking, little action.

It means you have nothing to distract you or lead you astray from the path, such as your mind, negative thoughts, etc.
Actually I think it refers to the spiritual paths, and you don't have that many choices. And eventually all the paths will lead to the same destination.

I wouldn't get too caught up in it.
My path has changed several times over several decades. I choose my path. You choose your path.
You also have the freedom to change that path.
