He got caught with 9 plants that were 6 inches tall and about to die and he has no criminal record what will happen to him?

What he was caught doing is called, "manufacturing." I don't know what the current trend is in Utah. Help get him a good attorney.

don't know about Utah...in New York his family would lose everything.....you can look up the laws in your state by going to the legal website; it will be something like www.gov.utah.marijuanalaws.....wish him luck, but he's probably screwed. it's a *****

Is his name Paris? absolutely nothing.
If he was smart he would cry and shake incontrollably, refuse to eat, and ***** and cry some more and he would get house arrest. It works for Paris, and therefore she has now set a precedent for how mentally delicate people should be treated judicially

My cousin in Utah overdosed on marijuana. Tell him to give it up. It's is a very bad narcotic.

I don't know....but hopefully, he gets about 10 to 15 years, for breaking the law.
