I'm clean, no STD's, I don't drink or smoke. I'm surrounded by female riffraff in this college town who don't know what a treasure I am. Should I move?

Just finish your college.
College dating doesn't count. But once you get a real job and maybe go to grad school, you'll meet a woman (or many women!) who are all that you ever dreamed of. You seem like a nice guy. So hang in there. Spectacular things come to those who wait and to those who don't make any rash decisions!!!

It takes time for girls to mature enough to choose a life partner that they want to bring home to mom & dad. The college years are the time to party and have fun. Unfortunately, guys that don't imbibe usually don't fit the bill. Keep your morals but go out and have fun. When you find the right girl she'll accept you for who you are. You might want to lose a tad bit of the ego too.

women can smell a woman hater from a mile away. Your past questions/answers reveal that is indeed what you are. One of the answers you gave to one of my questions was "men are smarter." What woman wants to be with someone who's intent on feeling superior to his partner?
whether that's what you really or, or just a front, if that's what people are seeing then you're not going to be very appealing.

You might be all of the above, but do you snort when you laugh? Do you treat women badly? Does your hair look like Kramer's from Seinfeld? DO you drive a 1973 Ford Pinto? Why would you care if riff-raff appreciated you or not?

That's great your taking care of yourself, but its time for you to check your ego.
If the women in your area are not all that great, then I understand. But don't go around thinking your something better than you really are.

Women all say they are looking for a good guy, but the truth is they all want to date bad boys and marry a good guy. You just need to find women who are ready to settle down. But trust me, you are not too "good" for most women.

Lots of women don't like guys who don't drink, etc. because they aren't "cool." Eventually, they'll snap, and then us nerds, nice, clean guys, and robots will be considered cool.
