I once ran from some cops and I did get away. Ha, ha, they were too fat and old to catch me...too many donuts and cigarettes, I guess...

True story here, for ya:
When I was just starting college, I was working at a Popeye's Chicken place, and I had a 1966 Ford Mustang with a 302 High Performance engine. Man, it was one fast car!!!
Anyway, as we were getting ready to close, a Fl StateTrooper came in ordered some food and stuck around while we were cleaning up. As we left, he started talking to me about my car, and asked if it was fast. You see, he had one of those ugly 5.o Mustangs, and I said I could blow his doors off!!
Well, he dragged me, and blew me away, man. Just past me like there is no tomorrow!!
It was the only drag race I ever lost!!!

I actually did that once, without realizing it... on my way to work at 10pm and noone in my lane ahead of me. But there was one stopped at the light in the other lane, and the car beside me started speeding up. I knew he was planning to cut me off at the light and I thought "Ohnooo you won't!!" and speeded up to match him. He went faster... I went faster... soon we're going 50 in a 30 mp zone and I'm wondering what is UP, this guy won't give up! So I look over and OMG there's a light bar on top, it's a cop!! YIKES so I slow down to the speed limit and sure 'nuff, he cuts me off, zooms through the light and I'm stopped on red. He didn't care about my speeding, he was on a silent call. I was incoherently blathering for hours!

Uh, the cops aren't doing their job if they're racing with you lol.. That's not good. They might syke you out as well, and ticket you for speeding. There are plenty of excuses they can use and come up with, as well. So don't push your luck.

someone in my area broke into a store and tried to rob them... the person on the last who worked there did a cash crop before they left and only 75 cents was left in the register and the guy stole it and got caught...it was on the news... i thought it was funny
