If you have an 83 average over the year, and got a 0 on the final, your grade would be 74.8%.
If you got 100% on the final it be 84.8%.
If you got an 83% on the final, your grade would be an 83.
Good luck. Study hard. The best place to study is in the place where you'll take the test. Your brain recalls things together, so just hearing the same clock tick, or seeing the same floor tile can remind you of info you studied. If you can't do that, also try wearing the same clothes and perfume to the test that you wear when you study.

properly, if she says the try is properly worth 60 factors and your try would be properly worth 10% of your very final grade, then she's engaged on a scale of six hundred factors, no longer 630. i don't comprehend what you advise once you assert you have used up 500 factors. You advise you earned 500 factors already? She could desire to be estimating the p.c. of your very final examination in the direction of your very final grade because of the fact those numbers do no longer jive. i'm hoping she's no longer a math instructor!

It's not worth much. Basically, you would have to earn a 93 on the exam to raise your semester average to an 84. Or you have to earn 10 points more than your current average to raise your average by one point.
But I wouldn't suggest not studying and failing the exam, because that may be enough to drop you half a ;letter grade or more.

ok, what you need to do is take ninety percent of that 83% you have now...that'll leave you at 74.7%..then add the percentage of what you get on the final.. good luck on your final!
