OK, I couldn't resist. This story is cracking me the heck up. Anyone else see the 2 cases of cupcakes that were delivered to her mansion upon her return home? :p I don't know about you, but when I am scared and stressed out and feeling like I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown, cupcakes or ANY food is the last thing I want! :D

The chief of police supposedly sent the paper to the court whether she should be released and the court will decide. However, they just released her without the court order. This is a humiliation for the judge who sentenced her. Although he specifically instructed that she can't serve at home under electronic monitoring.
I'm so sick to see this little spoiled brat created so much drama when other important news should be reported.

I read on msn that she got released due to some sort of rash.
She is due in court friday morning to see the judge that sentenced her to see if there is a real reason why she cant go back to jail.

It's just a joke. These celebrities make a mockery of the justice system that has one set of rules for the rich and famous and another for the rest of society.

I really hope they send her back to jail. Not fair if she gets to stay out like that....she should be treated the same as any other person that would have to go to jail for the same situation.
