and i said to the player shot the ball , but the stupid player didnt do that lol

OMG!!! I go through this all time. With one particular person I know it's just because he feels that he knows EVERYTHING and he's not trying to hear what anyone else is saying.
It's sooooo annoying.

Yes. Sometimes I'm just looking out for them, but they won't even bother listening for a sec. I really hate that stubbornness

I do that with my grandmother every day! She is losing her hearing AND she pretends like she can't hear when she doesn't feel like listening...which makes it extra difficult.
