like now things are far over overwhelming, and I just run into a small place away from people and cry and cry till there's no tomorrow, and usually go insane with a knife (not cutting myself...thought wanting to kill myself) and then I start panicing, faster heartbeat, then scramble around trying to find a way out of this hell....but end up failing and cruling up on the ground in a ball crying so hard my sides hurt and pounding the floor. and sometimes screaming and cursing in my mother toungue.
Well, that was me about 5 minutes ago, im at a total loss...I dont know what to do.....ARRGG.
I guess I am gonna start walking in circles crying again after this answer... ='( HELP ME!! :'(
Why cant i die........... :'(
i thought i might add, last time i was overly overwhelmed, i stole a credit card and ran off to another country....and once had to a gun to my head..... ='(

I have to escape the stress by doing something I enjoy and be by myself for a few hours. I don't think other people understand how pressed I often feel. I know for sure that others don't see me as a person who craves solitude but I do!
Who are these people to invade our days and make all kinds of demands? I have a book about hermits and honestly, it sounds like THE ticket some days. A bee hive would be more serene than this house most of the time.

When that happens to me I feel like crying. Lucky for me it's never happened at work yet. When I talk to someone about what I'm going through I will cry, sometimes uncontrollably, it's hard not to. This happens at least once a year, sometimes twice a year. It usually has to do with bills and pressures that I'm feeling in my life, and circumstances that are beyond my control. It's kinda funny that it happens to me at all in a way, because I am an optomistic person. But I guess that's just a part of life.

A good comedy helps, a long walk, a long hot shower, I also find myself looking at the worst case scenario and brace myself for that, that way anything that falls short of it is a relief. You will prevail, it only takes one step at a time.

When things get too overwhelming, it might be time for a "get away" vacation. It might be just a 3-day get-away, but it is important to make time for yourself.

Drown in a 6 pack. Next day I suffer. Third day, I've forgotten all about it.
