yes low taxes and some beautiful ladies.

I dont know about live but its a great place to visit, and party with the house boat people on the river coolest partys ever. Also the guys have that cool sexy southern draw not the dorky sounding one.

depends on what part of LR you plan on living....Chenal is the best area but traffic is crappy
